Now this shrimp restaurant is walk out from the screen and extend from Hollywood to over 30 locations worldwide, including The Peak Tower, Hong Kong with spectacular panoramic views.

Bubba always talk to Gump, shrimp is the treasure of the sea, it can be burned, brewed, baked, cooked and fried. America Seafood Sampler (HK$158) is the feather of the restaurant, combination of chilled shrimp, fried shrimp, coconut shrimp, hush pups, popcorn shrimp and vegetables. It is able to share by 3-6 persons.

With the concept of the movie Forrest Gump, the restaurant is in ship-shape. The family restaurant showcases memorabilia and photos from Forrest Gump along with reproductions of script pages, storyboards and costumes. The drinking menu is designed in Ping-Pong bat size which makes you think that Gump was playing Ping-Pong with Chinese. A popular fun photo for tourists to The Peak is trying on plaster casts of Forrest’s running shoes at his famed bus bench outside the restaurant.
