Every staff is supported by a periodical guide and professional training regarding wine and cigar.  Service update is rapid from, customer services, also serve food and drinks and English as well.   Waiters are dressed in nice uniforms, gentle, positively hostile and friendliness.

CJW Jazz Lounge 

One of the best vantages for taking in Shanghai's dazzling, rapidly changing cityscape is CJW (Cigar/Jazz/Wine), on the highest floor of the crown-topped, 50-story Bund Centre. Its 360-degree panorama gives patrons a peek at the Bund's colonial architecture, Pudong's futuristic skyline, Lujiazui and surrounding areas,the Yu Yuan Gardens, and more.  The music is mostly genuine jazz and sometimes R&B to pump up the mood for the weekends. CJW vocalists and musicians are very carefully selected  and "imported" from overseas , all the way from major cities of jazz music in the United States such as Las Vegas, Chicago and New York City. The Band plays till 12:30am catering to CJW's upscale clientele, who may choose from a variety of vintage wines and spirits as well as large selection of Cuban cigars displayed in a large glass humidor. Extensive cocktail and bar snack menu available till late hours.  CJW combines outstanding talent, a warm atmosphere and a sense of luxury.
